We stayed here before and would return here. We liked this small hotel, nothing too much trouble. The property's location was wonderful, not far from a pedestrian area, the Old Town and the centre. They served local food for breakfast.

The apartment was like my dream home - a cozy seating area, a beautiful terrace with river views, and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, the breakfast offerings were delicious!
Oh, just the fact that I'm not living there permanently!

the medieval house was beautifully restored, with a cosy breakfast room and excellent recommendations from Cyril for local dining and places of interest. It was a great value for money stay, with a fabulous breakfast of local produce. Gaillac is truly a gem in France, and this B&B made our holiday even more special.
Slow and unreliable internet connection.

We spent the day hiking and fishing, and then came back to the coziest room ever. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! Cyril and his family were so cool and gave us awesome tips on where to party and grab some grub. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Best trip ever!
The only thing we wished for was a super fun, party-filled common area where we could hang out with other young people. But hey, we made our own party and had a blast anyway!

Felt like a fairy tale, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a beautifully restored 13th-century Manor House tucked away in a charming cobbled street. The owner and his family have done an amazing job renovating the building, preserving its historical charm. The bedroom was comfortable and tastefully designed, giving a boutique hotel feel at an affordable price. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing a delightful aperitif on arrival. The breakfast buffet was a treat, with a wide selection of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and fresh juices. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't have wished for a better host!
Cyril, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He provided helpful recommendations for things to see and do in the area and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. The fresh orange juice, coffee, pastries, and homemade jams were a delightful start to the day. Cyril even sent us directions and parking information ahead of time, which made navigating the town much easier. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and attention to detail.

The value for money at this quaint B&B was incredible, it felt like staying in a small boutique hotel but at an affordable price. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The location in the historical part of town was perfect, with all attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Cyril and his family, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering a surprise aperitif upon arrival.
The only thing I would suggest to improve on for breakfast would be more variety of food options, especially for a savory breakfast.

Cyril, the owner, was the coolest host ever. He hooked us up with the best local tips for hiking and cycling trails, and even helped us plan a fishing trip. The breakfast spread was off the charts - fresh orange juice, mouthwatering pastries, and a variety of cheeses and hams. Cyril's directions and parking tips saved us from getting lost in the medieval maze of Gaillac. Can't wait to go back!
One thing we would've loved is more information on the local party scene. As teenagers, we were looking for some rocking nightlife to top off our adventure-filled days.
